What is SBTI? Is it related to MBTI?
SBTI is a fully original entertainment personality framework with no connection to MBTI (Myers-Briggs). It's built on 5 models and 15 dimensions, producing 24 personality types with honest, slightly self-deprecating descriptions. It's not a scientific measurement tool — just for entertainment and self-reflection.
How accurate are the results?
Your result is matched based on your 30 answers. It reflects your tendencies at the time you took it, not a scientific diagnosis. You might find it deeply accurate, or you might think "eh, sort of." Both reactions are normal. Remember: this is an entertainment tool, not psychological advice.
My friend and I got the same result — is that normal?
Totally normal. 24 types cover most common behavioral patterns. Same type means you share tendencies in certain core dimensions. Even within the same type, people differ a lot in the details — the quiz is a rough sketch, not a precise portrait.
The result doesn't feel like me. What do I do?
Try retaking at a different time — when you're not tired or emotionally charged. Also, all type descriptions are written with some deliberate exaggeration. You might resonate with certain parts but not others. If it truly doesn't fit, that's fine — it's a reference, not a label.
How often should I retake?
No fixed recommendation. People change over time — a retake after six months or a year might give different results, especially if you've been through a major life change (new job, relationship, loss).
Is my data saved?
No. All your answers are processed locally in your browser only. Nothing is uploaded to any server. We cannot see or store your results. Close the tab and everything disappears.
Can I share my result?
Yes. Every result page has "Copy Result" and "Share on X" buttons. Many people like comparing their type with friends' types to see what combinations come up.
What are the 15 dimensions?
The 15 dimensions span 5 models: Self-Concept (self-boundary clarity, self-worth source, self-narrative), Emotional Operation (emotional depth, expression, regulation), Social Strategy (relational dependency, social energy, boundary enforcement), Action & Decision (action initiation, follow-through, planning tendency), Life Philosophy (meaning source, stress absorption, sense of agency).
Is this free?
Completely free. SBTI is an entertainment project — all features are free and the site runs on advertising.
Can I take it on mobile?
Yes. The quiz is optimized for mobile browsers — same experience as desktop.
